Healing Light

Light energy can be extremely powerful. Early civilizations were drawn to the Sun and its light and light is linked in many ways to the phenomenon of life. Light is essential for sight, it’s used in fiber optics to transmit data, and it can even be used to cut and fuse human tissue. In fact, its energy can be and has been harnessed in many different ways. It has the potential to cause harm and to cause health. This paper is a written account of an exploration of a number of the effects of light and its energy and how manipulation of this power may improve health and holistic healthcare in years to come.
